[ Who We Are ]

The Multicultural Business Association (MBA) at Columbia University is a dynamic student organization dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, and professional development in the business world. Founded in 2018, we have been at the forefront of creating opportunities for underrepresented students in business and finance.

Our organization brings together students from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds who share a passion for business and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities. We believe that diversity drives innovation and that inclusive business practices lead to better outcomes for everyone.
